Welcome to the Willem Kolff Foundation. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of tickets through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. General

  • The Willem Kolff Foundation is established in the Netherlands and registered as a foundation.
  • Our webshop is intended for selling tickets for events organized by or on behalf of the Willem Kolff Foundation.
  • All communication will be conducted in Dutch and English.

2. Orders

  • All prices listed on our website include VAT.
  • Placing an order through the webshop is binding. After payment, you will receive a confirmation and your tickets via email.
  • Please carefully review your details before completing the order. Errors in email addresses or other details may result in delays in receiving your tickets.

3. Payment

  • Payments are processed through a secure payment environment.
  • We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal.
  • Payment must be completed in full before tickets are sent.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • After purchasing tickets, cancellations or refunds are not possible unless the event is canceled by the Willem Kolff Foundation.
  • If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days.

5. Liability

  • The Willem Kolff Foundation is not responsible for the loss or theft of tickets.
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from the inability to attend an event unless it is caused by gross negligence on our part.
